Customer Engagement: The Future of Customer Service
In today’s fast paced, highly competitive world, what is a business to do to not only attract, but to retain its customers? What strategies matter most when compared with the dollars behind them? Without a large marketing or sales force, most businesses must rely on the simplest, most cost-effective methods they can find to keep up their businesses. It seems that these very methods, as simple, and time-worn as they may seem, make all the difference in the minds of consumers, and are what create evangelists out of normal customers.
